GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment
- After entering into the travel agreement, you are required to make a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost within 10 days.
- The balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If you book within 8 weeks before departure, you must pay the total travel sum in full at the time of booking.
- Payment of the deposit also serves as approval of the travel agreement and cancellation policy.
Cancellation
- Best Blue Voyage must always be informed of a cancellation as soon as possible and in writing (e-mail).
- If these conditions are not met, Best Blue Voyage may unilaterally cancel the contract.
- In case of cancellation as of 14 days after entering into the travel agreement, the advance payment cannot be recovered.
- In case of cancellation less than 65 days before the start of the booked period, the total travel sum is due.
- For the first and last week of the season other conditions can be discussed by mutual agreement.
Liability for unforeseen events
- Best Blue Voyage cannot be held liable for unforeseen events and their consequences such as accidents, epidemics, strikes, road blocks, riots, war, flight delays or cancellations.
- Best Blue Voyage may in certain "weather" circumstances be forced, for safety reasons, to change the program. These changes do not entitle you to any compensation.

To make sure you can fully enjoy the trip, we place expenses such as drinks and excursions on your account. At the end of the cruise you get the bill so you can check it. Afterwards we arrange the payment cash in euros in a simple way.
Tipping is a very common practice on a cruise. The tips are not included in the tour price. An average tip is 7 euros per person, per day. The tip amount can either be stated on your invoice or you can pay it with the final bill on board.
